The Nina Ricci dress is ok, but what really bothers me is the hair. Her hairstylist in the States does a terrible job. When she is in Europe or Australia, her hair always looks so much better!

I have mixed feelings Nicole's gown. In motion, it looked great. In pictures, the detailing doesn't always come through. Also, I think I would have liked the sleeves had the gloved hands been left off. It's on the very of being a costume and she just makes it not so.

I personally even think she needs to go back to red...potentially even a darker, more auburn red. She looks so washed out with this blonde. And I also think she needs to start thinking about more sleeker styles...a slick, pulled back bun, center parted flat-ironed hair, etc. The big curls look a bit ridiculous on her, especially because she wears so many of these sort of ruffled, fairy tale dresses, she needs something a little darker and more chic going on with the hairstyles to keep it all from looking so princessy.

I was watching an interview with her (Graham Norton I think?) and she said that her iconic red was actually dyed and everyone just assume that was her natural colour. Might explain why she doesn't go back to it.

^Yeahhhh! So well deserved. Her performance is incredible, and the movie is unique! (can't believe La La Land got so many nominations, the most overated movie in years)

Armani suits Nicole very well, sure she will wear one of his creations at Oscars/Bafta.
