Has anyone bought anything from Topshop before? I was on the website and I found that jacket Olivia has on but they ran out of the size 2. I am wondering if size 4 will be to big.

You should be OK with a UK size 8. I am a US size 0 (size 2 in some designer clothes - 26 inch waist), but an 8 in UK.

US sizes are much larger than European. I sometimes even get UK size 10, depending on the shop.
