I don't think anyone was criticising her for likely spending a long time to get ready. Most of us were marveling at her. I respect her more for taking the time and having the results be obvious as opposed to people who spend 2 hours looking like they didn't put any effort into their look.

No one has said that people have criticised her. Its just that some people don't need a lot of time to look good as she does. I've seen plently of people at my school who wear a touch of makeup and they look flawless because their skin is perfect. Its just, I think, a bit premature to assume that she spends hours on what she wants to wear/look like everything. Even though her style is more "put together" and proper, it may be something innate that she doesn't necessarily plan out. Thats all.
