This thread's pretty funny. Such random exchange...

lol, this tread is going nowhere haha, in the end I prefer to roam the streets for my must-haves. The advantage of living in Europe is the availability of many items and the relatively short travelling distances. I assume that when you live somewhere in Texas, eluxury.com can be a great place to go.

Ok, great place.

its all true Miss Grey!

did you get a little bit more sleep then? Feeling better?

ontopic - yoox haven't e-mailed to confirm my order - phoned them to get an ansaphone saying its a holiday in Italy. I hate how I can't just be patient.... checked the westwood red collection - oh my god - sooooo gorge. I love it all I think. (Also offtopic - sorry. made my first pom pom at the weekend - red mohair. was tricksy with the wool but it looks good - go it hanging from a doorhandle in my living room. Bought lots of groovy wools at the weekend).

I'm in Rotterdam, Netherlands, Paris is 3 hours by train, Antwerp and Amsterdam 1 hour by train/car, Milan and London only 1 hour flights. Since the budget airline market has been booming it's so much easier to fly fast and cheap through Europe.

helena...you are too kind...my love...feeling better now...got some rest...thanks...

speaking of pompoms...did you see this?...

I know what you mean about the low waist thing - i find it more comfortable that way I think (well until I have eaaten a big fat dinner at which point I feel like I am being cut in half). My grey ones are size eight so I hope this pair will be the same cut/fit.

the red skirt would have been so good on you. (not so on me).

i've been to rotterdam...i know exactly where it is...you're lucky to be so near antwerp and amsterdam... there are many on this forum who would envy your proximity to all the belgian designers... :flower:

rotterdam is very interesting for the architecture...i actually stayed at the hotel ny when i was there...which was in a beautiful old building...i also really love the white bridge...what's it called?...oh yes...erasmus...looks like dental floss... :P

i believe we have a few other members from your part of the world lurking around here somewhere...did you introduce yourself on 'the spot'?...why not take a moment...?

i actually have a problem that i think i bought a size too big because unless i have had a big fat meal..they tend to slide down on my hips a bit too much... :ninja:

plus then when i bought my striped pair from yoox...i bought the same size at first and they literally fell off of me...i had to exchange for a smaller size... well...you'll have them in your hot little hands soon enough... :flower:

Thanks- Shoot me a private message when you do- pleeeease. This place is vast compared to some of the boards i frequent, and i don't get to everything. Since we kind of butted heads in the beginning, you really got my attention. i am a big fan of info-hungry, passionate, opinionated women and you seem like a glaring example of this. i'm watching you! :innocent:

oh... softie.. i made that face  because it looked as if this thread might turn ugly.. but it didn't. so yay. :flower:
