online sites/shipping to canada

I really like revolveclothing.com and www.pinkicing.com I know that Pink Icing ships to Canada and declares lower customs values so that the duties are not as high. I received a pair of True Religion jeans and didn't have to pay any duties at all. It was great. They used to ship to the UK but I'm not sure if they still do.

www.rafaelhawaii.com has Rachel Pally on sale right now too. Good deals but I'm not sure if they ship outside of the US.
