ahh raves for thefashionpulse.com! their customer service is excellent, they ship out VERY quickly, and they do special orders on some things...seems to be one of the few sites that carry development as well (which i love)

I'm from Atlanta, GA. My favorite local boutique is Bill Hallman. Their website is *SPAM* I love checking the website because they are always putting new stuff up. Today I visited and they had a lot of new shoes, I'm suddently lusting over.

They have really cool designs which get printed when they garner a certain number of votes.
Plus, I think their prices are really reasonable, depending on your sizes.
