Maybe some of you already knew this, but I just read in WWD that girlshop.com has closed up shop (both online and the birck-n-mortor store). How sad! I remember when this was new, I used to check it every day! The article was saying it was just too hard to compete with the bigger companies like shopbop who is owned by amazon.com.
