Phoebe is only 2 year in so she is still establishing consistency for the brand and not burning the candle at both ends, they are already spending millions its not easy nor cheap to make it happen.
Tom did same thing on store level the reality moves slower so it takes time for people to discover her on the shop floor she is going after real sales not press and social media praise because we all know that's not the reality of moving products.
I think the styling and photography and casting can open up a bit more sure!!!!!! but when you shop for clothes you want to rely on a brand to have certain things.
And she is right to continue to reclaim her style, she knows as soon as she does something new the industry will replicate it again.
I like that her brand feels already grown up and real, consistency worked for Ralph Lauren and Hermes etc
Also its her style not Celine not Chloe its Phoebe Philo so anything she does is the brand, this is also different than a Blazy at Chanel reinterpreting an archive or history and rifing of Phoebe´s old Celine and changes each collection because he is clueless to build a proper language or wardrobe for his new era of Chanel and has a backing of an 18 billion euro business built by KL and VV efforts .
