the good news is that that green floral garment i wanted IS a top for 26.99

This looks really good. The only criticism I can think of (aside from the obvious fabric selections and maybe shoddy crafstmanship) is that they kind of alienate older customers. I see those floral dresses being thigh-high and it's a definite no-no for the older ladies, who might benefit from just a few more inches of dropped skirt length.

Probably. The flimsy polyester that creates static electricity like whoa and doesn't let my skin breathe is an absolute no-no from now on. I'll be sure to get a good feel of everything at my store on Sunday when I check out the collection.

older women can't get away with cheap, crappy clothes in general...

Collection's online! You have to search for "Prabal dresses", "Prabal shoes", etc to find everything though, at least for now. To my pleasant surprise, a lot of what I've clicked on is mostly made of cotton, though there are a couple of 100% polyester dresses. I can't wait to get to my store in 6 hours! I did make an order for the red lace-up pumps.

Just got back from my store. They only had maybe 1/3 of the collection, which was disappointing. However, they DID have several of the shoes, which surprised me. I could've sworn the shoes were online exclusives. It might vary by location though. I only tried on a few things as I bypassed the items that were polyester.

The long-sleeved floral tees run large, so go down a size if you want one. I wound up with an XS.

This dress was a conundrum. I'm wearing an XS, and it was STILL too big. It's not fitted in the waist at all, and I had really hoped it was. I bought a thin lime green belt to see if I can make it work. If not, it's going back. Such a shame, I was looking forward to this piece the most. The flared part of the skirt is polyester, but the body of the dress is 60/40 cotton and modal.

This was a size 2, and fit like a dream. It's a great dress, though I wound up not getting it. It's a bit dressy, and I'd really have no place to wear it very often.

Also size 2. Red is my favorite color, but I had to pass. The side bustles will really make you look a lot wider than you really are.

DIS SKIRT. I love this skirt, and I didn't think I would. It flares out so prettily, and can easily be dressed down as you can see with my striped top I wore from home. Size 4, 98% cotton. It went home with me.

I also got the laceup pumps with the same print as the skirt. I'll probably return the red laceups I ordered last night.

Thank you for posting modeling photos. I really want the ankle strap sandals but I don't really like the "bubble" effect on the toe strap part. I probably will pass. =(
