there is so much fog in the D.M.S.R video, i hope it was just because it's on camera and that fans sitting on the sides could see him clearly
i could see him fine, no fog interference but i was up in the Appalachians, where the air is crisp * nose starts bleeding *

the drums reminded me of Billie Jean too!

actually he does a little moonwalk type thing mid-way through the show. Prince was towards the point part of the stage, a fan from the VIP section threw up a white hat to him and he put it on and did a lil moonwalk thing backwards. i was like started pointing and shouting. i guess the camera/screen panned away because my friends missed it, i saw it though because i was watching Prince instead of the screen. he gave the hat back, what a lucky fan!

one of my regular customers who works for Fender Guitar came in today, i told him i went to the Prince show and how amazing he was on the guitar! he said he saw Prince in concert sometime after Purple Rain came out, in either the late 80's or early 90's and The Time band was also there. i was like "oh my god you're soo lucky, i was only a baby!" . i told him Prince covered The Time's "Cool"(mixed with MJ's DSTYGE) at the 2011 show i went to . he said "yep i saw Prince back in the day when i still played guitar a lot and had a lot more hair" i said "well back then Prince had a lot more hair too!"

it was actually right after i took a photo with King Michael and forgot about Prince! i was skipping away and say how amazing that night was. Matt saw the girl with the white WDC shirt first and whispered to me. so when her and i made contact, i just smiled and she smiled back. i think if i noticed her first i'd probably be like "wow i love your shirt, it looks so familiar!" because my energy level was so high but since Matt was trying to be subtle about it, i was like

so after Sheila E's amazing Glam Life performance, Prince was back on stage and he did Let's Go Crazy and Delirious! both were really fun and got the crowd amped up. the lighting for Delirious was super green which worked perfectly for the song!

1999 was a hit of course! considering we were partyin' with Prince on the night of the Rapture, it was very appropriate
So 2night I'm gonna party like it's 1999! we fuqin' made it!

Little Red Corvette was amazing! my favorite of the night. i can't stop listening to MP3s of the live performance!
i swear the beautiful red lights were a cover up for the love potion haze(the fog!) that was released into the stadium that got everyone on their feet and swaying(everyone else except the party pooper couple behind me lol).

i had this as my iPhone wallpaper for a while, it's so pretty
you can see Prince on the screen with his arms up in the aurrr like he just don't currr

oh about the WDC tee shirts, what i was trying to say was it was really funny reading people's faces. first Matt seeing the shirt then tryna be slick and subtle. then when i looked over at the girl you can see her register his shirt too before she smiled back at me
