Does anyone have experience to share?

I wrote them a couple of times, and aside from some typos, they are very fast with replying and are very nice.

They have some pretty cute stuff - but how's the quality?

I ordered these two things:

Swallow silk blouse and a cat dress

They have some cute stuff up on their site, but honestly I find their shipping price of $19 to be a little exorbitant.

^Thanks for replying. I was starting to think, I was the only one who knew about the brand, which can't be true since it so "popular" among certain bloggers.

I'm actually not that surprised by the shipping price. When I want to order from American websites, they all start from at least $30. But I do find the prices of their stuff quite pricey. It depends on the quality of course, so I can't really judge until I have received the clothes. But e.g. my swallow printed shirt cost around $70 so it's not exactly H&M/Forever 21 prices.

there's a few things i've wanted to buy from there but i never have coz i can't find anything about the quality etc :p i don't like the shipping prices either..

Thanks for starting this thread! I've been wondering about them too. They have some really cute stuff, but I'm curious about the quality.

^No problem. I'll definitely return and write how my stuff is once I receive it :).

Received my parcel today and the swallow top is very cute, however much darker in real life. It's more dark salmon than the light pink colour on the picture I posted. A little disappointing, to be honest though I still think it's a very cute design + print. For absolutely unknown reasons, I didn't get my cat dress. I've written them to hear if I will be receiving it later or if they made a mistake.

It was delivered by Fedex and quite fast. They also declare a lower value for customs which is definitely nice, though I didn't request it.

I'm not entirely sure the top is worth the $87, I paid. It seems well made enough and it's silk, but it still seems over-priced.

It also fit quite well, even though I ordered in sz S and I'm normally a sz XS.

I have the same feeling about their prices. But then again, Topshop (we don't have Topshop - shops in the country) is not exactly cheap either, and sometimes with really poor quality.

I ordered the following blouses last week, waiting for my parcel. Exactly the kind of blouses I'm lusting after. So I ordered in both white and khaki.

Will post pics after I receive my parcel.

^Ohh, I've considered those blouses too - they do have cute stuff - but I figured they would be too big for me, I'm pretty small in height too.

I'll post a picture of the top later once I find my camera and maybe a picture with it on as well.

I also received a response regarding my missing dress, and they'll give me a refund once they figure out what happened. I kinda have a feeling that their emails are translated by google translate or something because it's pretty poor English - even more so this time than usual because of the length of the email. I'm kinda disappointed that I most likely won't get the cat dress since I thought it was cuter than the Zara version and it was reasonable priced around $40. All in all, kinda a disappointing round, but I don't believe it will put me off buying again since there's still a lot on their website I want. I agree that Topshop is equally expensive/over-priced and so is Zara on occasions, but they do offer better/consistent service like cheaper shipping, good refund policies etc.

I've always wondered about this shop too but never ordered!

They're very clever in how they deal with bloggers - I'm sure a lot of what they send is gifted.

I've emailed them many times inquiring about material composition etc and have never received a reply.

Regarding shipping, I think it seems alright - I'm assuming they ship from Korea. For customers who are outside of the US/UK/etc the shipping seems quite reasonable, even more so if it's Fedex'd as mentioned.

I think their English is not up to level to understand your inquiries correctly.....:D:D

But I don't think I'll be buying any shoes or bags from them, as they do most of these in synthetic material.

The shipping costs are acceptable as they ship with Fedex.
A lot of bigger online shops in the US charge over 30-50$ for international shipping.

^^I agree, I bet a lot of the clothes seen on blogs are free from the store. I also think that's why the bloggers "allow" (don't know if it's explicit or not) them to use their pictures on the website as well. Regardless though, I like a lot of their stuff in terms of design. It's the price/quality that's a little disappointing.

I think the shipping price is definitely acceptable. Imo, it's cheaper than ordering from America to Europe and they used Fedex with tracking.

I agree with Vegalyn, that they most likely don't understand your questions. I've received a response every single time I write them within the same day.

I also like some of their shoes, and quite a few are actually made in leather, however, the prices are completely ridiculous. $200 for a pair of lookalike Louboutins?

I think their shoe prices are expensive - plus I'm a size 39-40 so I've never even really looked at the shoes since I don't think they'd fit. But clothing prices on the whole seem quite reasonable - as people have said it's comparable to say, Topshop, and other online chain stores.

I once saw a blog who mentioned Queen's Wardrobe and she said that the particular item on its own wasn't really her style, unless she wore it completely differently to how it was intended, which made me think it had been gifted.

received my blouses today..... Delivered by Fedex to my office, in 2 days time.
Happy about the speed.

The blouses are packed individually in clear plastic bags, and then again in a silver envelop. The material is soft and silky, the blouse will have a nice slouchy "drop".

In the mean while, I'm in love with this blazer, what do you all think?
