the scene where he opens Jack's cupboard to find the 2 shirts hung together. OMG. I was bawling my eyes out.

I've seen that movie so many times but that scene always, always gets me. His talent was incredible.

i am so saddened by this . .i cant seem to shake it . .
i keep thinking about michelle + his family . . how incredibly hard this must be

i woke up this morning by a text message from a friend and i was so shocked because i didn't see this coming and i have this weird feeling all day about this (i know it's silly) but the thing that really gets me is the thought of his daughter not being able to get to know him .

i think we've lost a great actor and a potential GREAT actor who could have made and shown greater performances had he lived longer. i hope the media will respect his family's privacy. he will be missed.

Rest In Peace Heath and thanks for all the characters and cinematic memories you've shared to us!

The paps are already harrassing Heaths father and Heaths family in Perth  trying to interview him...they eshould really leave them alone...:(

what about michelle? she lives in new york so they will be all over her today

this is so crazy. when i heard the news i thought that they were talking about some political figure at first because i was on my laptop and i didn't really hear it correctly, but then they said it again and i was stunned. still stunned

Don't even bother reading the comments on x17. There are some really sick kids out there!!!!

At least X17 has the decency to NOT show any video footage of his body being carried out.

That's just wrong, just disgusting that other sites are showing it.:angry:

When I woke up this morning I thought maybe I might feel a little better about this new then I did last night.
I still feel completely devastated.
The media in Britain are now saying he had pneumonia and hadn't been sleeping for a long time. He took sleeping pills and it killed him.
I prayed for Heath and his family about 3 times last night, and I'll continue to think of them and pray for a long time I think.
If I can take solace in one thing it's that it seems from reading about his parents and Michelle, Heath knew great, true love in his lifetime.
God bless them all. xXx

Im shocked about a particular tfs members comments about Heath and Michelle, its really disgusting and if you had someone close you die like that you would totally have a different view or even had any feelings, your comments were highly unneccessary.

it saddens me because Heath was a brilliantly talented actor. last week I saw "I'm Not There" and he was amazing in that film. for someone his age, he took on such mature, intelligent roles compared to his contemporaries in Hollywood.

Heath could do drama, he could do comedy - he was incredibly gifted.

i once saw him, albeit briefly, about 2 years ago. He came into my work, and everyone was so excited!!!!! Heath was soooooo tall and lanky - he looked like any other guy off the street, the way he was dressed and his demeanour....but onscreen he was a genuine star. He really lit up the screen with his charisma.

I'm really sad for his family and friends tonight.

i just spoke to a friend who spoke with him last night, he was well, definitely not suicidal. he had a lot of plans this week.

I don't want to speculate about his death, but you can never know for sure if someone is suicidal or not.
People who have taken their lives has actually been seen happy and calm the days before their passing - like they felt content with their decision. Like everything seemed fine again...

She's actually in Sweden right now, filming the movie Mammoth. I believe their daughter is with her aswell.
This is so sad, I remember seeing Ledger in "10 things..." at the movies with my mom and just adoring him from the very first scene.

wow this is such a huge shock to me ! i feel really sad..R.I.P Heath

This is so horrible and makes me really sad.
I would have never expected that and I really don't know what to say.
It just makes me understand how depressing the lives of Hollywood stars may be first Wilson'd suicide attempt, then Britney's whole life and now that.
Rest in peace, Heath

This news is so shocking and sad.
I feel so bad for his little girl.

I haven't gone through the thread yet....
and don't know if anyone has mentioned this but I am disgusted by the media coverage of this.
It was none stop- the same three facts over and over again....
then people who most likely didn't know him talking about him/ his life.
Vultures.:yuk:

I think he really will be remembered primarily for his ability as an actor, he was certainly one of the better ones out there of his generation.

Nothing more to add here. It's sad he died so young, he was such a great actor.

Gonatcha, i agree...
it doesnt mean anything...
a friend of mine was the same (making lots of plans, wanting to do this and that) before he killed himself
im not saying Heath killed himself but saying a person is well and not suicidal from speaking to him, doesnt mean anything
if you wanna *************, you dont go and talk about it...
