chauss, thanks for sharing! The fins give the basic bootie that little something extra and they look magnificant on you! How's the sizing?

I picked up two vintage jackets (for really good prices.....)

First is 2005 Scorpion Collection - white/ivory cotton

Second is 2007 Wishbone Collection - cropped. My version is slightly different than the runway - it was buttons instead of ties.

your jackets rock. and the leather on the second one is beyooooooond. i may have to borrow it.;)

princessimp, i took my true american size. these run long, true italian sizing and are very comfortable to walk in.
i actually bought them to take to paris as my walking shoes .B)

mona, those pieces are beautiful! did you go to his sample sale or something?

Thanks, Inaya, Princess, chauss, and Scott

chauss - anytime! If only we wore the same shoe size, I would definitely want to borrow your fins :innocent:

Scott - the leather jacket is preowned and from a seller in Paris. He's the same seller I bought the longer brown jacket I posted a bit ago. The cotton jacket I bought from catwalktocloset.com

Guessgirl - thank you! I bought it from a seller in Paris. I posted a few other jackets he is selling in the Get it before it's gone thread. I have had really good luck with him. His prices are good, pieces are amazing, and shipping is insanely fast. I received this one overnight :woot:

pucci - wow; I am flattered. That means a lot coming from you. I love your style!

great finds mona! I saw that seller while doing my daily scrounge on ebay. I was hoping that the padded jacket had the quilted edges, but I think the one he has will be too overpowering on me (not to mention I'm supposed to be saving money for things I actually need) Does he list RO fairly regularly?

Thank you, tangerine and steph.
lucky - same goes for my comment to pucci. I am very flattered. Thank you for the kind words :)

first shot at taking a pic with the new iphone...yes, my office carpet is the pits but the drkshdw maxi dress looks good anyhow. its long, 63" 's, i need to get it hemmed and the xs was a good choice as these run huge. the color is dark shadow which is my favorite always from rick owens. this view is distorted a bit ( i took it upside down because of the light), the pockets are at the waist and there is a big slit up the front to the knee. its a thin soft cotton, not like his usual fleece.

the joanshepp.com picture is more accurate but the color isnt so hot.

This is so strange but I have been eyeballing this dress for quite sometime. Once again.. GREAT MINDS....

beautiful dress, luckyme! that is a great color, indeed.
PrincessImp., when is yours arriving? :innocent:

awww beautiful, lucky  I know what you mean about drkshdw, just such a perfect shade. :crush: the dress looks divine and so comfortable. :D

great dress! Oak has it right now too (same style I think?), although something about the way they styled it I don't really like.
