If you're going to be wearing them out, though, getting them looser is a good idea.
The reason I bring this up is because I know some people on the boards were looking at real boots sold to people who ride, and I didn't want anyone to freak out of they had to order an extra-wide calf in order to get the right fit for everyday wear.
thanks for the extra advice! should point out was speaking of boots as fashion wear;As a rider myself I know the importance of a snug fitting pair of boots!
