Sure, he can sell out a box office like the best of them, but Ryan Gosling also has special powers to save lives!

The “Lars and the Real Girl” stud was credited with saving an English woman from being hit by a car in New York City last night (April 3).

Writer Laurie Penny tweeted that Gosling prevented her from walking into traffic when she forgot that American drivers drive on the right side of the road.

Penny wrote, “I literally, LITERALLY just got saved from a car by Ryan Gosling. Literally. That actually just happened.”

“I was crossing 6th avenue in a new pink wig. Not looking the right way because I am from London. Ryan Gosling grabbed me away from a taxi.”

Back in August 2011, Ryan was also responsible for stepping into a brawl between a street vendor and a customer, and it was all caught on video.
