^ I wasn't referring to their looks as much as to the Select makeover similarity. When I saw Georgia, my first vision was one of the people at Select going: "hey, it worked for Agyness, let's give this girl a blonde dye with dark brows too, and then a cool stage name (she sooo isn't Georgia Frost for real), and finally some rock chic styling". And voilà: Agyness2!
This could be all wrong of course, it probably is, but that's how I pictured it.
Anyway, I find Georgia much more striking and appealing than Agyness, so I 'm looking forward to seeing her campaigs.
i meant evne if technically they were given the same coloring--they could never have the same end product and i am sure their agency knows that. i think the reason why they gave agyness that color was to reference the teen boys of the british punk scene. georgia, on the other hand seems like a warped socialite/goldie. just diffenrt refernces. but this is all opinion.
no it wouldnt...
prada is all about vision and the unseen, thats why they always use the new stars before they become stars, they make the stars
kate is completely completely wrong, shes established and definately doesnt fit the prada image
plus who shoots prada.... meisel..... and he wont work with kate peroid so its a no go!
I think he meant Ferreti w/ Steven Klein (for Georgia Frost) too. Klein's been the photographer for that line several seasons...and Mert & Marcus will probably repeat Calvin Klein (just like Natalia, Doutzen & Kate).
We've tried to put down the source of the information too, so that everyone can judge for themselves. If anyone feels that I've missed something you can PM me with your information
from fwd: Model and punk rocker Agyness Dean just shot Blumarine and Armani jeans campaigns last week; she was in New York for one day before flying back to Europe
when Karl went to Hong Kong for the couture show he said that 'after Paris and LA i think it's time to shoot in Hong Kong, i like the city as it's........' can't remember what he said at the end but i was quite suprise so i remember... and if it actually happens it would be great... as i'm a bit sick of those kind of those images with the LA streets and Paris background....
^Hmm...if I remember correctly, I think he said that before the FW06 season, but he didn't end up using Hong Kong for the Chanel FW06 campaign, anway :/
