In a way I don't think that Freja for Chanel is such an unnatural progression, it would be a lot more dramatic if they were to go for someone like Raquel, for instance, whose look is so totally different from Daria's.

In any case, the campaign is probably going to turn out looking exactly the same as it normally does, Karl is hardly an inventive (or particularly talented) photographer.

I wish Marc Jacobs would use actual models in his campaigns! I was really hoping for Iekeliene to get Marc Jacobs since she opened the show!

Who do you think will do Gucci this season? Do you think that Gucci will use Iselin again? I'm hoping for Freja + Snejana combination!!!

Gemma and Du were every where last season! Du was so overrated.

Well it certainly seems like the girls who had a lot of campaigns last season (Daria, Du, Kate, Malgosia) are getting less this season. Fortunately..

Who do you think will do Gucci this season? Do you think that Gucci will use Iselin again? I'm hoping for Freja + Snejana combination!!!

I'd like to see Freja and Iselin do Gucci together again .. They are both great models and compliment each other very well. I', sure it is a possibility since Freja opened and Iselin closed the SS07 show.

I hope Gucci doesn't use Snejana again. She has an interesting face,but she looks the same in every single picture. Not very exciting.

Oh, well, we'll just have to wait and see.

I don't if Iselin would still model for Gucci, since she's been gradually outing herself from the industry. I assumed they'd use Snejana again, but maybe they'll re-introduce Freja... or someone new?

Exactly ....so it doesn' t really matter which model will be doing the campaign. I must say that Daria will be sorely missed. She actually made chanel ads worth a second look and I think it will be impossible to replace her with anyone else.

I agree. This season's Chanel ads was completely boring, the only reason it would catch someone's eye is because of Daria's face
