CELEBRITY ENDORSEMENT: It looks like celebrities will continue to populate spring's fashion ads. According to sources, Jennifer Connelly, who often wears Balenciaga, will be sporting Nicolas Ghesquière's sculptural floral-printed designs in the house's spring campaign. It is believed the shoot is taking place shortly in Los Angeles. Balenciaga officials did not return calls seeking comment on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, could Marc Jacobs have Victoria Beckham in mind for his signature campaign? According to a source, Jacobs has approached Beckham about modeling his sexy, peekaboo spring collection. Beckham is certainly a Jacobs fan, enduring the two-hour wait for his signature show in New York and clocking another 70 minutes or so on the bench before Louis Vuitton commenced. yeah.. you could shoot me but I don't mind the concept of Victoria for MJ, I think Marc has a good sense of humour (as does Victoria) so I doubt they'll do a boring glam shoot.. it'll be shot by Juergen Teller afterall.. sounds interesting.. Marc Jacobs often references pop culture anyway, thats why I find him using celebs A LOT more tolerable than other designers using celebs.

i love both jennifer connelly and balenciaga, but i don't think she'd be right for this season's campaign. (and if they're going that route, why not just use hilary rhoda?)

but i have to say victoria beckham for marc jacobs could be great, this season's collection would be interesting on her.
