hmm I'm no expert in these matters.. but I think thats hard to say because there are so many small small campaigns and some international ones... unless you are only talking about blue chip campaigns (ie Dior, LV, Chanel..)

It's atleast probably not a Brazilian doing Cavalli and Valentino or it would have been all over the Brazilian blogs weeks ago .. They usually let the cat out of the bag pretty fast.
