Hats off to the crazy hoodie kid for having the balls to wear something really out there in a small town like Helsinki. Seriously, Miss60, it's not as if the main problem in this city was that people try too hard, quite the contrary. So anyone who really dares to take it over the top here gets my vote. I'm not a fan of the style per se, but the kid, definitely B)

I envy Copenhagen and Stockholm for their mature style! All norwegian pics are just teenaged clones. I love the first guy in post #1668 though, definitly a step in the right direction! One of the best I've seen from Norway in a long time!

I agree that he is very very brave to wear something like that in spite of people's weird looks. But that doesnt necessarely mean its very stylish.. I think you can be overthetop by being very stylish, as well. The guy himself is cool, I know.
