dressing like that more or less is the norm among a large number of swedish teenage girls/young women. I can understand if people who doesn't see it everyday find interesting. That girl looks like something you see in a photo of one of the olsen sisters, just that maybe she wears her clothes a little bit more than they wear her, opposed to the olsens.
