I wouldn't say "very" few. There are certainly more of them than there are in France, London or the US. I'm not sure the Danes are taller on average, though.

I thought their height in general as much as i saw, were reasonable. but i dont live there. wow i was visiting, i forgot the name but i think it was astonia? i forgot. anyways, in the tourist attraction places theere were chicks handing out flyers and doing some sorta promotion, anyways they were all hot there. crazy. i would pick them all to be models if i were a fashion designer

Well, I do live there, and I have lived in other places, so I think I can say that Swedish women are on average taller than American or French women, fi. On average. Anyway, I was in Estonia last year and was also struck by excellent facial structures, clear skin and height.

The show starts this Wednesday and I can tell you that one of the girls is amazingly beautiful but my guess is that she's no taller than 175cm/5'9!

I like Sabina so far, and Emma. Freja looked bad in her pic from the shoot, but cute in some other pics I saw. Ebba's standard (boring) pretty, but great body and I think she would get work, at least on a smaller scale in Sweden.

And I know they don't have nearly the budget of ANTM, but the Swedish version's so cheap in comparison. I find it weird how the girls look much better just hanging around on the show, than in the (supposedly) retouched pics from the photoshoots.

And yet the photographer was supposed to have been working with campaigns for Lancome etc - of course that's probably as one of many assistants. I've noticed that several of the Swedish fashion mags, DV mode and Elle Lyx are just BIZARRELY photoshopped. They look awful. Fashion people in Sweden are so weird.

I admit I'm watching this, mostly because they're in Milan... Now that I don't live there, it's a dose of nostalgia. Funny how everything looks so rosy in hindsight.

I think Emma has the best look, and as a bonus she's very stylish too...!

kristina has gone to the same school as me for 5years actually.
gah, It's strange, it seems like my town is filled with models, mona johanneson was in my school too. and it feels like I hear about new people modeling ALL the time. And my town isn't even particulary big, so you it feels like you sort of know everyone, at least know who they are.
maybe there's something in the water that I just didn't catch

Aargh, I cannot believe Emma was mobbed out just because the loser D-square guy did'nt like her style and the old dirty guy said she had an attitude problem! What morons, she was the only girl with class among those other mrs ordinarys. Then again, noone of the winners ever makes it in modeling afterwards anyway so I guess being voted out is just a compliment.

Yeah, that was my conclusion too. It was really amusing - that guy who rattles on about bling bling with his glazed eyes - was complaining about that girl's attitude problem. Errrrrrr. He's a stylist where? He sure looks like he's doing most of his work in Victoria Silvstedt's bathroom. ANYWAY. She photographed well and everything. Sure, she wasn't really clever about her comments, but everyone knows they cut and paste these shows together according to their fancies, so how about just cutting out the gorge girl's indiscretions instead of leaving in the girl-next-door types (who are completely clueless and aren't not able to express themselves photographically). Geez. If Julia goes too there's not going to be any reason to watch this show...

Who is that stylist dude really? What the hell was he wearing. I felt like I was watching a cheap version of JHO! He sucks *** really. I completely agree Emma and Julia are/were the only potential. What's so special about Sabina, her face looked stoned. Really nothing.

I like Emma, but I don't get what people see in Julia...bad skin, boring look, and doesn't photograph well at all imo.

I think Sabina's main flaw is her eyes, otherwise I kind of like her face.

Someone told me one of the girls is in a commercial for Isadora, but who is it?
