Thought about this when first heard of Matthieu Blazy's appointment and literally was just pondering about how Belges are disproportionately distributed in fashion while listening to Vaccarello on franceinter yesterday... Saint Laurent Prada Chanel Alaia Margiela etc. Interesting theme for an issue in any case, very timely.

They are taking over lol. Like the early 00´s again.
But with Matthieu being French-Belgian, born in France, grew up in Paris, studied in Belgium while having worked in Paris for the majority of his life now, I wonder how different his experience is compared to all others. I also listened to Anthony on France Inter and it struck me that after years in Paris, he always felt so Belgian…Even if he had become a Parisian.
