What are your opinions on guys wearing seven jeans. I have a friend who recently purchased a pair, and think it looks a little weird seeing them on a guy.

i don't understand how an entire BRAND can be wrong for a guy unless it is exclusively a women's brand. seven jeans for men are old news; in fact, express men carries a line of seven jeans for men now as well.

men, women, cats, dogs should be wearing rogan. they're now.

i've never seen Seven jeans in the UK.........maybe because i havent really needed to find them.......but guys pretty much just wear levis and ted baker jeans here

i make my own now because im fussy about how they look (and save about £100 at the same time) ;)

I've never thought about it...I always thought that Seven jeans were a good way to spell 'yawn' in capital letters.

    I wear D&G jeans mostly.

if a pair of jeans work - even if they are "old news" who the F cares? I am not that enthralled with trends to care in that way... if you love the fit, man or woman rogan or not go for it!

i love the way sevens fit me but my husband would NEVER wear a pair he would just die! but that is just him ...i see what you are saying about the guys being in sevens.... it is this whole metro vs gay thing that people are afraid of....for me and this is JUST my opinion.... I like a man who doesnt care if his jeans are designer....

i want to add that i dont think there is anything wrong with a man who does care if his jeans are designer or that he cares they are a certain cut or wash..... that man is just not my type .... i really dont want to offend anyone

We love you even though you don't like our designer jeans, lele...I bet your husband has a secret store of hidden designer labels that, unbeknownst to you, he dresses up in at night!

but as you said; who would care what brand a man's jeans are?? therfore what does it matter i fthey wore EARL or SEVEN in this case? ... if they fit and look good.
if a man wears designer on top or not even, i htink he is very well allowed to wear them on bottom without prejudice. i dont even think its a straight/gay issue. my bro is soooooo darn conservative (banker) and he wears them too. with no probs.
as you said, noone cares about his jeans. just himself :p
the again, he also wears GAP :ninja:

it is just one of those things I cannot explain you know... a turn off that you cannot really say why it turns you off it just does....

in a recent issue of vogue (maybe four or five months ago) they had an article advocating that men wear women's jeans...now that would be a turn off, personally. i am willing to walk down the road with men and the designer cuts but i think that a woman's jean triggers the same type of reaction you are having, lele....

In the past woman were the only ones representing the seven logo on the backpockets, but now that men are wearing it too(with the same logo on the backpockets) in my opinion it makes them seem like their wearing girl jeans. I am all for guys wearing designer or not wearing designer jeans but perhaps they can change the style a little?

I just can't wear women's jeans half the time. I've tried pairs on after parties before (don't ask...) and they simply kill my crotch after about ten minutes.

    Perhaps they could have:

    7
    "I HAVE A PENIS"

    Nobody would be confused then....

(if you think about it the whole Monsieur/Homme/Uomo thing does exactly the same, just a little more subtle)

I like my Seven Jeans..they fit me quite well and I find them comfy!!My boyfriend thinks the only problem with the men's seven jeans is the line going down the middle of the leg..he hates it!

ok there seems to be soem confuse here, btu seven has a men's lien, its not men weairngw omens jeans, its men wearing men's jeans, although I have no problem with men wearing women's clothes.

I think sevens are really boring ejans, they are sooo passe every otehr girl and boy has a pair wether or nto they are even really intrested in fashion, there are alot of lines out there with quality jeans with a good fit that are much more intresting that seven IMO.

i'm a guy and i have a pair of sevens. the fit is incredible! i love the washes! only thing i'm complaining about is the stitching on the pockets. its always looked a little feminine to me. however i saw some spring 04 sevens out and the pocket stitching has changed a little for guys, but i think its only on the stretch models.

maybe i am stupid, but i don't understand how the stitching in and of itself can be feminine?
