i think some designers get shoe designers to do the shoes for their show. like manolo blanik designs shoes for proenza schouler

^ no ..but since (for example) proenza schouler can't may shoes themselves they outsource and get manolo blahnik to make them
i'm sure they'd be for sale along with their clothes..i'm not an expert on this stuff though

^^^ Oh god....those are AMAZIING. They caught my eye back in a previous post. I hope they will be for sale too! I really like how Louboutin collaborated with a couple of 'newer' houses like Marchesa and Rodarte. I happen to really like their designs, too. What a dream it is to wear one of their dresses paired with Louboutin shoes

You can find a few pairs at Net-a-Porter (And by few I mean "3 pairs of boots, 1 pair of pumps.")

Additionally, eBay currently has 21 pairs.

It's such a shame. It seems the shoe designers do their best work when they design for a runway show.
