I bid on this top by BCBG on Ebay, because I thought it was lovely. I really do have a thing for tunics I was outbid, but apparently the high bidder backed out, so they sent me a second chance offer for my high bid of $90. Please tell me your thoughts on it:

how unfair! If the buyer agreed to sell you the top at 90, they should stick to what they said. sheesh. I don't do ebay at all, but if i could i would give them negative feedback about it. how awful!
