Are sidekicks good as phones, too? Because a couple of people have said that they have bad reception and stuff.. and I wanna be able to messege/IM and talk on the phone.

I think I'll stick with my free phone that comes with my phone deal.

I don't understand the point in spending all that money to IM, and text. razors may look sleek but I don't understand the point in spending $70 to have a cool looking phone.

I just got one and am impressed so far, but its early. I have to admit though, I have been waiting for it and maybe am just excited over my new toy. Its smaller than the previous Sidekicks and is absolutely an improved version.

^ yeah I do have a sk3. I had it for several months I think its good. I like the functions so far.. it looks a bit bulky to some people but i think its okay but yes its a big phone compare to others.. it was always out of stock before when it first came out but its everywhere now

If is the question as Rogers now owns Fido, its been rumoured that Fido as a whole will become the consumer phone brand under the Rogers umbrella thus moving folks the BlackBerry (aka CrackBerry, my weapon of choice) Palm or WM5 devices.
