From what I have heard/read her ex didn't actually release the pics but gave them to another man who did.
Not that it makes him any less accountable but maybe he really didn't know they would end up in the public.

I agree that with the SATC movie coming out soon the timing is a bit
but I would hope Kristin Davis wouldn't stoop to that level.

Didnt she and SJP insist on never having nude scenes in SATC and have it written in their contract?
In 8 seasons Charlotte flashed a boob once and for a split second.

So I'm inclined to think Kristin Davis would never give her consent for something like this.

i think so too. And pleasee this guy obviously did it on purpose, maybe with the movie coming out he thought he could get a better deal. And to the people who said it wasnt her...it really seems like its her, hard to imagine Charlottle having her picture taken from that angle haha
