Looks like Sienna visited some hindu temples and took part in a prayer ceremony whilst in india because she is wearing a sacred red thread known as mauli.....which is tied on those taking part in prayers...to symbolise the receiving of blessings

I just hope people don't see it as a fashion thing and start tying red thread on their wrists for the sake of it!
