I was flipping through VF mag last night and saw a Dior? ad with a model in a blk low back dress with a necklace on backwards.
Guess that may be where she got the idea too, no?
Or it could even be the dress from the actual ad.
Do when know who designed Sienna's blk dress?

I think it was already mentioned at least two times that her dress is by Dior

Rhys Ifans and Sienna Miller

Sienna Miller stayed mum about the status of her relationship with Welsh actor Rhys Ifans, but kept him close during the ceremony and post-show after-party, held at the Grosvenor House Hotel. Upon arrival, Miller appeared quite conservative in her midnight-hued Dior by John Galliano gown. But a quick turn revealed the dramatic backless view.
