Spring 2006 sales

i was also in barneys boston today. the imitation of christ jumper i wanted wasnt on sale. should i wait until june 1? is that when it is going to go on sale you think?
i also saw pairs and pairs of acne white denims marked down to 129. i dont see what all the fuss is about. the quality looked terrible!
i just threw out a pair of onitsukas. wore holes right into them. after a while they feel too flatfooted. they usually last about 6 months, then you have to chuck 'em out. im going to throw out my present pair in a month or so. the soles are wearing down!

cutxpaste i have no idea how long the sale is going on... i only know about it because i saw a sign in the window and went in...
I think some marc by marc stuff is also on sale, but the actual marc jacobs line is what seems to have bigger sales..
saronno unfortunately the 5 shelves that contained the bags I really would have liked to get were not sale items (things like the stella, sophia etc bags)...
I know they have quilted denim bags in a few different shapes/sizes in a couple shades of blue and in red. They also had some metallic bags, and I think some mens bags as well for work perhaps(?) They had a bowler-type bag (orinally around $1,400) that was cream with red or blue trim and kind of button details in a couple points.
I can't really remember what else at the moment but I think the majority was the quilted denim... it seemed like it was EVERYWHERE

I went there tuesday, and the mark down just started. Most of the designer stuff were not on sale but they would be on sale eventually. Some MJ bags are on sale......so are some Mulburry bags.
I got a Lanvin black crystal+black ribbon necklace at 50% off. It's cute and versatile. I'm waiting for more sales...
btw, the Rick Owen collection this spring is not very inspiring......I like some Lanvin pieces, but apparently they are not on sale yet.

I actually always think that Mulberry bags are very neutral, no? The ones I saw were very unisex looking...I actually didn't go upstairs to look at their men's collection...sorry I'm not that helpful...maybe you can call the store and ask?

There was one grey wrapped pearl necklace (a quite massive necklace...if you know what I mean
) on sale, but I don't know which necklace you were referring to as there were a few of similar ones. Some were on sale, but some were not
