How much would be this second markdown of Barneys, and what about the final sale? Thanks! :flower:

60% off Atelier NY

They're quite rude. I called asking about Cloak, and the guy told me (not in a polite way) that he was very busy and that I should visit the store if I want to ask questions. I live quite a distance from NY and I'll never visit that shop.. they've lost a customer.

It's not rude. His priority is in the store, not the customer calling him on the phone to ask a question. He has no idea whether or not you'll even buy something, and even then how much you'll spend. Any employee with his/her priorities straight knows that phone calls are what you should focus on the least.

But for all they know, a person walking into the store might not buy something either, or know how much they'd spend. They can't judge someone by they look.. I've seen people go into Holt Renfrew wearing a t-shirt, shorts, and flip flops and buy a suit for $1000+. I've purchased quite a bit over the phone as the sales/selection here is pretty terrible. I would have bought a Cloak tee, if he had told me what sizes were available and how much it cost. Too bad though.. the Cloak boutique will be getting my business instead.
