Cell For Gratitude is an initiative set up by Jourdan, in support of the Sickle Cell Disease Association of America, an organisation for which the model is an ambassador.

Clearly touched by the support from her famous friends, Jourdan shared a snap of the glamorous gang on Instagram, writing, “The ladies came out in full tonight!
