I've seen Hilary Duff wear them with heels.

Regular leggings used to come out of my socks. I liked stirrups better because they stayed put.

this is in between full on tights and leggings...i dont see the point of buying this when i can just wear tights

i saw a picture of a girl wearing stirrup tights/leggings with a skirt outfit and flats...i thought it looked horrible

i just wear my leggins longer so that they cover half of my foot too. it gives you a whole different look to normal leggins and looks good with ballet flat style shoes

must admit i would never actually wear the stirup style ones
