Stores / Websites with the Worst Customer Service

#411 Can you possibly bring them to a CL store or where you bought them? I always find managers in stores to much more helpful than customer service reps online on over the phone.
You are obviously entitled to a refund replacement or repair seeing as they were never worn and you stored them as CL themselves advised you to.

Definitely post it on their Facebook and link us to the post so that we can all like it, when things get a lot of likes the brands tend to bend over backwards for the customer.

There is law in Lithuania claiming that you can return things if you noticed factory defect in 2 years. Maybe you should contact Consumer Rights Defenders and ask if they can help you.
