^ I probably need to contact the district manager as well ... once again made the same request at Target yesterday & once again they were super nice to me. It's a PITA & I don't like to complain, but it's true they need to know they have a problem ...
Exactly ta-ta. If they don't know that they have a problem, they can't fix it.

If I was there I would have jumped in and given that SA a piece of my mind.
I'm actually not a soldier, I just have a Military ID because I work on a cruise ship, which requires you to have a MMD (Merchant Marine Document) to work aboard a vessel.
Still, I shouldnt have been treated that way. I did, however, get the name of the store manager and will consider writing a letter, not that I expect anything to occur.
They were upset because it was a particularly slow summer & I came in & outsold them
