Life in One Tree Hill is just super complex. The numerous relationships and love triangles - Lucas and Peyton, Lucas and Brooke, Nathan and Peyton, Lucas and Haley, Nathan and Haley, etc (you get my drift) - create one hell of a complicated plot that is laced with love, heartbreak and relationships forged years ago. Just like that clump of hair, everyone's lives are intertwined, tangled with one another. Even as Elise, who plays Brooke (a rich, popular cheerleader at Tree Hill High), tries to untangle this mess and salvage her relationships with Lucas and Peyton, it is just simply one hell of a difficult task.

Lol i hope there's nothing wrong with my description cos I've never watched an ep of One Tree Hill in my life and the first impression I got from researching was that everything is so complicated. Grey’s Anatomy is a complex drama about a first-year surgical intern named Meredith Grey
who works at Seattle Grace Hospital. The show is told from Meredith’s point of view, as we watch her struggle in the extremely
difficult internship program, with her forbidden crush on her boss’s superior, Dr. Derek Shepherd, and with her friendships
with the four other interns in her program. Grey’s Anatomy is also about the inner-workings of Seattle Grace Hospital:
the trials and tribulations of its staff and its patients. At the centre of Grey’s Anatomy is drama, comedy, relationships, love,
and the struggle between trying to succeed at work while also keeping some semblance of a normal life.​

Natasha Poly is pictured here as Meredith Grey, wearing a white veil and holding a glass of wine.
This picture brings to mind four interns tending to a patient as interns do all day long.
The red cross on the patient’s forehead is an obvious symbol of medical aid.
The red in the picture symbolizes the cutthroat nature of the competitive intern program.
The glasses of wine symbolize Meredith’s struggle to succeed at her program but also have some enjoyment of life on the side.
Meredith wears a veil to symbolize keeping the pain of her forbidden relationship on the inside.​

Most important is the grey border that surrounds the picture. The gloomy forest demonstrates Grey’s Anatomy’s most important theme:
"Neither medicine nor relationships can be defined in black and white. Real life only comes in shades of grey."​

Freja Beha Erichsen plays Marissa Cooper in this teen drama, where conflict abounds and no relationship goes uncomplicated.
Life in glamorous Newport Beach is turned upside down when troubled bad-boy and Chino-native Ryan Atwood moves in to the Cohen household.
Here, Marissa is pictured in the midst of one of her many relationship issues. It’s a struggle to win her heart and Ryan, Luke, and Volchuk will stop at nothing
to do so. Coming from one of the many parties that fill the lives of these elite high school seniors, a fist fight has broken out once again between
Ryan and Volchuk, and Marissa is caught in the eye of the storm as usual.
The dark clothes, black and white imagery, and disheveled hair capture the underlying drama and conflict in this picture-perfect society. ​

Sex and the City​

Sex and the city focuses on one character, Carrie Bradshaw. It explores the relationships that she shares with others, her three best friends friends, her lovers and also with New York. Just like Kate, fashion is important to Carrie and she too is a fashion chamelaon. Her looks is re-intevented every episode, and her style is fabulous, unique, and eclectic.
Each episode looks at 'love' and relationships with a different, yet thought provoking message, often inspiring Carrie's column. ​

One of the pivitol relationships within the series was between Carrie and Big. The series began with Carrie meeting Big, and ended 6 years later with her realising after many trials and tribulations, bad and good dates that he was the one.
The closing words of the series were poignant and inspried the chosen picture: ​

"The most exciting, challenging and significant relationship of all is the one you have with yourself. And if you find someone to love the you you love, well, that's just fabulous."​

This picture represents the finding of someone that loves you for the you that you love. Here, Kate's eyes sparkle and she looks stunningly beautiful and comfortable. She has found the one, the man of her dreams and she has to look no more. ​

Desperate Housewives​

Wisteria Lane, a perfect neighbourhood. Well maybe on the outside, but with the help of Mary-Alice (who committed suicide the first episode, leaving behind many questions) we get an inside look at the characters of this street - and the skeletons in their closet.
Susan, the nuerotic single mum, who will go to any length for love. Lynette, who recently went back to work after playing stay at home mum to four children. Bree wants everything to be perfect. Her family, her house, her marriage.. until she finds out her husband had an affair and her son is gay and it reeks havoc on her life. Gabrielle, the 'trophy wife' who had an affair with her young gardener. And Edie, the free spirited one, who's love life has everyone talking....
Behind these lives are many secrets.. nothing is what it seems. ​

Having cocktails with her friends, you can tell just by looking at Lily's face she has secrets. Although seemingly she is perfect, designer clothes, money, looks... but looks can be deceiving. When will we find out what Lily is hiding? Only time will tell...​
