I agree with jakeee, this game needs an infusion of something! A wild card is a great idea. The judges seem to lack total interest. It takes forever to get any kind of response from them. Let's shake things up!

Why is it that there is a short deadline for submissions, but the judges take forever with scores and elims?

I don't think it's as big of a deal as you're making it out to be. The judges are busy just as we all are.

Yeah, everybody has a life, but if you make everybody jump through deadline hoops, you should be prepared to follow through on a similar timeline!

Well then don't join, we are in the middle of a cycle anyway and you can't join until a new one starts.

It's just a bit of fun, nothing to be taken so seriously.

Not so serious for me, just trying to get things moving. I'm sure all of you who have spent the time and attention to post would like to see things move. I know as a spectator, I would. I think its just a busy time of the year, people have exams and such and schools ending etc

The judges spend alot of time getting this thread together, It must be crazy lot of work coming up with new themes and reviews, so I dont think a few days matter, especially seeing as this is the 4th game which means like 200 + reviews and 200 challenges

Have you ever thought of being nice and thanking someone for the time and effort they put in this game. Writing the reviews and coming up with the challenges every week? Why are people sucking up to the judges if they thanks them for the reviews? Why do you feel the need to create the drama is my second question and ruin the great atmosphere we have in this thread. People like you make me mad, period!

Yeah I think you have to admit that a really good point was made, contestant or not. I feel really stressed to meet deadlines on time. Then when I don't, I feel guilty about it.

But then you realize the deadlines don't really mean anything, because the judges review in about a week after they say the entries are "due by".

Anyways, I think I will drop out of the game now. It's been a pleasure. Thank you. If anyone has interest to take over Sophie Vlaming, go ahead.
