Hey guys, i just got a tattoo last night, and now its like beeding out ink, is this normal??

tattoos do bleed and because ink has been injected into the wound that can bleed out too!

but you should always ask your tattoo artist because hey thats what they're there for! and you should you can always pop into the studio if your worried and get them to look at your tattoo its all part of the aftercare!

Ok my tattoo didn't bleed or emit ink! At most if you dab them there may be blood on the tissue but no actual 'bleeding'. Get this checked and then let us know how it goes

well, i just got a tattoo, small letters round my finger in a ring, and the guy charged me 75 because he said finger tattoos are intricate.

oh yea when i said "bleeding out" its not really bleeding pers ay, but excess color is coming off, didn't mean to alarm anyone lol

^ If the color is bleeding off a bit onto clothes/bedsheets its a bit normal. My friends tat guy said to just pat the beading off carefully. If some color peels with the skin when its healing..its a bit normal too.

Still everyone has different reactions from having different skin types and your artist should be trained to know what is the best aftercare for each type of skin. If things aren't too clear with the care....ask. They should give a lowdown of things, but they don't always give all the information. Since aftercare is your responsibility, get in the know of what to do, just in case. My friend freaked with the peeling having a bit of the color in the middle of the night, and good thing called me for reassurance or else she wouldn't have known she's alright.

I got a brown star on my foot, i was supposed to get two, but my friends were paying for it, so i didn't wanna make them pay that much. I'll try to get a pic up soon

My stepdad gets out of jail in one week.

Thinking of doing a tattoo together. He does his memorial tat for his mom who passed away and I start up my backpiece- start with the lotus on my shoulder....

I am really getting worried about the whole ordeal and getting scared.

I'm going to talk to my parents about it next weekend if I can start it now...

If I get the okay then I'll have my mom take pictures as they work.

If I get the no then I'll have my friend take pictures as they work.

I'm sure it's fine though, whats letting me start a year earlier?!

Question- I know the speed makes a difference on the pain (higher freq. on the machine hurts more) , but what about needle size?

^^^^speaking of tattoos on the sole of the foot, I once saw someone with tattoo of their shoesize under the foot. like 37 with a ring around it..
What was funny the first time you saw it and now is really boring is the typical "Made in..." f.ex. "Made in Denmark" ..when I lived in Mexico a lot of people had that, "Hecho en Mexico" on their neck..

hmm.. I'm thinking.. like the place where your hipbone is the the frontside, that will get covered by underwear when you wear it but stil isn't your private parts if you understand.. kind of hard to explain..anyway, my friend has one there, so it's hidden all the time except for when you take your undies off

Hm... I'm only thinking of these:

• Hip(what therese suggested)
• lower back (below pants line)
• behind your ear (my friend has a tattoo here, it's cute)
• back of your neck(when your hair's down you can't see it)
• inside up your upper arm(saw some guy with a tattoo here.. must've hurt, but it was neat to see a tattoo there)
• inner thigh
• inside of ankle
• on your wrist(can be concealed by a watch)
• inside your lip (I know it sounds crazy, but i've seen it... )

im looking for something smallish and not colorful that would look cute on my lower back...however i dont want one of those swirly kind of designs and it shouldnt be too gothic/emo...
