a had a real fun at my tattoo studio. boys are so cool there. one of them was so cute that we are going on a date tomorrow. lol.

i kinda have one in that area.
its directley under my boob, so its not exactly on the side, but its still on my rib cage.
my tattoo on my back didnt hurt as much as my rib cage, but there were a few parts of my back that hurt way more then anything on my rib cage.
the only thing that made me feel queezy with my ribs was feeling the vibration.

my best friend has a tattoo on her ribs, its connected with japan, all her tattoos are somehow connected with this country, she is japan-manga-obsessed. i was with her during the process of making and it was very painful for her, although she is pretty chubby for her overall size. but she is a whiner a bit... i mean.. it hurts but you can endure i suppose.

also. she has a hitman sign on her ankle which i find repulsive as a tattoo..

I almost got one last night (my friend and I agreed to have one done)... but the shop only had time for one, and my friend went! She got a cursive "e" on her lower abdomen that matches her tiffany's initial necklace

I'm still unsure what I want to get, so at least I have more time to think. I'm thinking something small on my ribcage on the left. possibly cursive letters with a line like "all I need" or "to here knows when"... I'm obsessed with My Bloody Valentine

Got one today!

I figured I'd represent my Lebanese culture and get my name in Arabic
I'm holding up my arm but it's across my side, low enough to be covered when I wear strapless things but visible with really low racerback tanks.. It was either that or the Picasso peace dove, which I may get later actually!

It seems like that's becoming a more popular spot as of late (below the armpit near the boob)
I recently made an appointment to get a tattoo there, so did a couple of my good friends.(none of us planned it that way) lol maybe it's become the new hot spot

I'm really excited, I have 3 tattoo appointments for May

lol I couldn't think of any other way to word it, but you know how almost every girl for years would get tattooed on their lower back? I meant maybe this spot is going to replace that as the girly place to get tattooed.....personally I hope so! I love that spot for tattoos, and could never jump on the lower back bandwagon.
It's such a feminine place, I can't wait to get mine.

That is beautiful, haute femme and I agree that is a nice placement for a tattoo. HOWEVER, the next one I want will be on my lower back, but for personal reasons. I want a waterlily there to complement the dragonfly I have at the top of my back.
