

No, You do not bursh before you apply them. I usually don't brush until a little while afterward either (maybe 20 minutes at least. So I usually apply them at random times during the day. I've read through the whole thread here but am still unsure - sorry this is going to sound a bit stupid! I picked up a leaflet today on BriteSmile whitening that is described as a "light activated whitening procedure - is this just bleaching the teeth when it comes down to it? does it affect the enamel? I suppose it must be kinder to the teeth than normal bleach since it is so expensive. Or perhaps the lasers do something different and special to the teeth. Is it the same as Zoom whitening?
