To attach images, you can click the post reply button and click the paperclick button to add an attachment (then choose a file from your hard drive)

Or you can right-click a picture you have online (ie. deviantart)
choose properties, copy the URL and then when making a post here, click the yellow button to insert the picture.
You can do the same if you have uploaded your images to a free hosting service, such as tinypic.com or photobucket.com. Many others out there. All the best
