thank you :)

i do use watercolour on some of my work, but i'll be honest about this one, i was a bit lazy and cut part of the original photograph of the bed and fiddled with it in photoshop. i have no idea how to use corel painter!

Nonetheless beautiful! Corel Painter is actually a nice tool for emulating traditional techniques such as guache, watercolor, acrylics or oil paint. Especially combined with a wacom tablet it allows for great control over your brushes with parameters like flow, opacity, direction, tilt. All in all it looks very realistic, so that's why I thought you might have done it in Painter.

that sounds like a great way to work digitally, i'll have to give it a go when i'm back at university! thanks for sharing the idea!

Yeah it really is... Find me when you do start painting digitally. I might be able to pass on a couple of good tips and tricks.

anyone who's read Influence by the olsen twins knows that this is a blatent copy XD

Generally not the most cutting edge of illustrators, ha.
But this is a biropen illustration I did, then taken through into photoshop.
It was drawn to illustrate one of the garments in my graduate collection.

Avantgarde that's one of my favourite Balenciaga pieces ever. Truely beautiful piece of work. Not a fan of the Olsen twins though. They make everything really street-y.
