Egg white soap? Can i please ask what it does and for what type of skin it is good for,aswell where u buy it and how much does it cost?

I have just started a cleaning product, clean and clear blackhead daily scrub,clear skin wash tesco,clear skin toner tesco,clear skin moisteriser tesco and a dab on the spot clear skin tesco, and it seemed to have made my skin a little better but i have also tryed to drink a lot of green tea too because high in antoxiants.But around the chin area i was begingin to get big red spots and on the other side spots travellling down my neck,I have seen improvement there not totally gone ,you still can see them slighty.I do feel a bit better goin out now,i really felt like rubbish.
I aslo have spots on the forehead but i exercise so i think its because i sweat and i also have frindge.

Now i have said my skin is slightly improving,tommorrow now it will be worse than ever,always does when i talk about my skin.:blush:

as far as the big red spots down the chin and neck; alot of it is hormones, but id also suggest changing ur pillowcover 2x to 3x a week to minimized the bacteria touching ur face for 8 hours..:flower: also, i find that regularly cleaning the phones (i mean like 1 to 2 times per day) with and antibactirial cloth like clorox or lysol really helps...seeing as a phones mouthpiece comes into contact alot with the chin and jaw area...my problem area....also, the website www.skintactix.com has the wonderful mask called "green tea poultice" that you rub onto the skin after you wash and exfoliate, and it dramatically brings down the redness and swelling, i love it!!!!:blush: hopes this helps!!!!:heart:

If anybody's looking for a concealer to cover up acne..I just discovered Covermark. It's really thick but a tiny dab covers any scars of any blemishes you've got really well.

I remember my sister tried proactiv once... It didn't work out; it turned out that she broke out even more. It's worth a try, because I think it works for people who have normal/dry skin since my sister's face has a tendency to produce a lot of oils. (she's also allergic to a lot of things, too.) If it doesn't work out, try acne complex, or tea tree oil. (Don't use 100% concentration tea tree; dilute it or it'll burn your skin!)

whats the secret with toothpaste. One night ill dab it on a spot and it will disappear and then ill try it another night and it gets bigger..

I'm having a crisis with my skin, a few days ago it started feeling a bit tight (I have run out of biotherm which is my regular moisturiser) so i've been using this free sample pack my friend gave me of sheep placenta moisturiser (I know, don't get me started), because i'm so poor I can't really afford anything that is even remotely a luxury. Anyway my face started feeling tight and then it went really rough, like miniscule little bumps all over my cheeks and especially on my chin. They aren't red, they're skin colour except for a small patch which is slightly orange looking. It's a bit itchy and it feels incredibly rough to the touch. In normal daylight it isn't so bad but in the mirror I can see it quite clearly. It makes my skin look so insanely old and tired. I don't know what the problem is, and I wish it would go away. Has anybody had this problem? When I say bumps i'm not talking about cysts, blackheads or anything, they're almost translucent, smaller than 1/2 a mm maybe, and there are hundreds of them. They kinda look like swollen follicles? Anyway anybody else who has experienced this....need your help, i've had hives and allergic reactions before but never this.

I've stopped using all my cleansers, cetaphil, olay regenerist, so I don't think its them.

What I want to make sure is that it isn't just my 'age' that is making my skin rough, is there a period where your skin just turns to sh*t after you reach 21? Maybe the glory days of smooth skin are over :(

It doesn't, it contains a lot of alcohol, which dries skin out, skin then produce even more sebum, so you'll eventually end up with more spots.

Has anyone had or have the same problem and using something what might be helpfull to get rid of them.

@cazza
i think i had exactly the same but it turns out that this moisturizer i used i had an allergy. Maybe it´s the same ....

(nice name by the way)

How long should the vitamin E take to heal the dark red spots? for me its been about a week and nothing happened. do i continue or try something different?

HEY all, i have a question;

do you think that the surrounding environment where you live has anything to do with how badly you break out? when i moved back to chicago from central NY, i broke out moderately bad...but moving from the south side of chicago to the north side has just made my face absolutely HORRIBLE!!! i actually had to up the dosage of my acne meds....is it just me ior is my theory valid?

i really know but I do think weather can affect the way your skin is. It's also possible that the stress of moving can make you break out.

there was a question about toothpaste. does it work? like one day it works the next it makes the zit bigger.

The Proven Rules Of Getting Rid Of Acne:

1) never Ever Dry Your Face With A Towel! Even If It Is Clean. The Bacteria Rubs Onto Your Face. Dry Your Face With Tissue Only!!!

2) Go To The Pharmacy And Buy A Cleanser And Moisteriser From The Brand 'cetaphil'. Never Use Fashionable Cosmetics As They Have A Lot Of Preservitives That Gives Your Skin An Allergic Reaction And That Is Usually Acne. (tip: If In Sunny Country, Mix A Bit Of Sunblock With Your Moisteriser).

3) Go To The Doctor And Get A Prescribed Over Night Gel Called 'differin'. It Is A Mask For Your Skin To Put On Overnight To Prevent Anymore Acne.

4) Inside Of Using Fashion Brand Makeup, Use jane Iredale Makeup Which Looks Just As Good And Is Good For Your Skin As It Is Mineral Makeup.

5) Drink Lots Of Water And Stop Drinking Fizzy/sugary Drinks.

6) No More Fast/junk Food And Start Eating Organic Food With Lots Of Veggies And Fruit. Cut Down On Alcohol And Caffine. (tip: Instead Of White Bread, Eat Multigrain Or Wholemeal Bread; Instead Of White Pasta, Eat Wholemeal Pasta; Instead Of Potatoes, Eat Sweet Potatoes.)

7) Lots Of Fresh Air, Don't Stay Indoors Watching Tv Or Playing Computer Games, Go Outside, There Is A Whole World To See. Don't Waste Your Time.

Within A Week You Will Notice Alot Of Difference
