The whole drinking milk causes spots thing has been proven to me this week. I stopped drinking lots of milk when I heard the rumour and at the minute I'm having trouble sleeping so I've started drinking horlicks (which you make with hot milk) and I've had a few spots come up. So it's back to no milk for me again!

Other than that my scars are clearing up quite a bit so all is looking good.

I used something similar, it was called Effaclar K soin rénovation peaux grasses. I don't know if it's the same. I used it on my blackheads and it was actually quite effective, but I stopped using it because it was too harsh for my skin

hey guys i just spent 40$ on a neostrata smoothing cream which has 10% glycolic acid.

iv only used it once last night when i bought it.

I bought spearmint and chamomile tea, will that work do you think? There was no plain spearmint. There was a skin purify tea too but it cost more, if the spearmint doesn't work I'll try that!!

Well I might give it a try if the spearmint doesn't work, which TBH i won't mind that much because its mighty yummy and its making my cupboard smell nice!! Whats the Dr Stuart one taste like anyway?

I can't find spearmint tea anywhere just peppermint teas here

^Twinings do a cammomile and spearmint tea and if they dont sell it where you are I think they may ship to certain countries abroad

Has anyone ever tried acnisal? its a facewash with salyslic acid in it, my god my skin completely dried out when i used it for a few days, disaster i'm so annoyed, it hurt like hell!

Drink through a straw
