The star of this collection is going to be the new Chanel Hydra Chiffon Powder SPF 10, a dynamic radiance chiffon moist powder with a very light and luxurious cream-like texture, giving the skin an ultimate soft touch. Due to its ultrafine chiffon powder particles gives the skin a delicate flawless light makeup look. It also contains Peach Extract that can provide superior high moisturizing effect, so that the radiance chiffon moist powder can blend easily.

This new powder will be available in six variations, four for a natural gentle radiance (B10, B20, B30, B40) and another two from the pink color line (BR12, BR22) which will be a adding a rosy healthy color to your cheeks.

The upcoming collection will also feature the new Chanel Age-Defying Moist Glow Base SPF 30 said to instantly smooths skin and signs of aging, like fine and dry lines providing a moisturizing effect from morning till night. It has a slightly pale purple pearl white color which gives a perfect uniform, translucent skin radiance. The new Moist Glow Base comes in a 35 ml tube and has a cream texture, very light and delicate but it also contains Licorice extract known to reduce the formation of dark spots.

There will also be two new shades of Joues Contraste Powder Blush each one retailing for $43.00. No 85 Satin Bronze is a bright chocolate brown bronze while No 86 Pink Chiffon is a soft pale pink.

I almost forgot how much I love Chanel nail polishes. I was quite obsessed with them years ago and I can see why. Recently I got Paradoxal, which has been on my wishlist since it came out (even though I bought almost every single dupe out there ) and Holiday - I'm wearing it right now and words can't even describe how eye-catching it is. The finish is really glossy and has a bit of a gel-like look which I love.

Chanel Fall 2013 Nuit Magique Collection will be released in limited edition for the event Vogue Fashion Night. The collection is quite small and features only two nail varnishes and one eyeliner. The launch dates differ from country to country as Vogue Fashion Night will be held on different days in each country.

A look at the nail colours in the Rouge Moiré collection (thebeautylookbook.com

Chanel has been pumping out several mini-releases this year in between main collections. The latest in the US is the Rouge Moiré collection focusing on lips and nails. The two new Le Vernis shades in the U.S. are Rose Moiré 593 and Rouge Moiré 595 ($27 each, limited-edition).

Rose Moiré is a pale frosted lavender pink pearl while Rouge Moiré is the darker more dramatic frosted cool dusty rose-red metallic. Both are highly metallic with slightly visible brush strokes but they apply surprisingly smooth. The Rose Moiré applies with visible brush strokes while the brush strokes on Rouge Moiré are a bit more subtle. The pigment on these colors is amazing - one brush stroke covered the nail entirely. These have a similar feel to past seasonal releases but comparing them proved these are slightly different - they have an updated more modern feel.
