why would they do that? sell real and fake all in one spot. did your bag come with handles wrapped with plastic? anyway, you should post some pixs just so we can take a look.

jenn_xoxo i am pretty positive you purchased a fake bag. some of the pictures they have are of real balenciagas...such as this one

but most of the pictures of the regular hardware bags are horrible. the leather is off as it's way too shiny and stiffy for it's own sake...like this one

and for the prices they're selling...doesn't justify the fact that they're from past seasons. barneys new york sells old season bags and they NEVER bring the price down. there are hardly ever any sales on motorcycle balenciagas. if you're lucky you may find one on sale. that's very rare though.

It's way too shiny.. and by the top the leather looks dry and cracked... balenciaga leather is really smooth, I think you train your eyes to be able to tell the difference.

I was not able to get there today.. sorry, I will try and make it tomorrow and get some photos if possibleB)...They had several violet bags but I was not paying too close of attention to style/hardware as I was in search of cinnamon...I will report back...stay tuned!

jenn_xoxo i have the exact same bag...can u take a pic of the tag inside the bag? i'll take pics of mine and post them for reference later...but chrissym is right. my bag's at my bf's right now so i can't compare immediately but the zipper on the last pic looks way too long. also...i've never seen any bbags grapped the way urs is on the side rings. mine is kinda shiny, too but not to that extent...unless it was just the flash. will post pics later.

Hi Jenn... in my recent learnings, I was told to look under the head of the zipper as Balenciaga uses only 'lampo' brand zippers. Here is a photo from an EBay user....
