I want the Weekender so bad I think it is the first bag I have ever wanted to spend a lot of money on. But I have made a pact about this I can only buy it if I make my own money to buy it. I would feel like a spoiled brat if I asked my parents for one and I think that the only way I could justify it would be to make the money myself. So what do you think about the color. Is this a good idea for my first designer buy over 500$ because it is either this of a rick owens jacket. I always here stories about peoples first designer item and I just cant wait to get either the bag or the jacket. Sorry for the rant but I just cant wait it might be a year or more until I get it but I will get it before I graduate. I am super determined about this. yes, they do come up on ebay. some people mix up color and call it turq 04.

sophia-I love the WE! I got one last August and I've been wearing it everyday! I am not sure about that green color but if you like it and it works with your wardrobe then it's a great option. Mine is gray, here's a pic.

Also chauss is the queen of WEs! She has posted some pics in this thread. Maybe you could do search. She's fabulous!!!

Anyway, I say go for the WE, I canNOT wait to get another one!

if you check my blog, you will see i rarely wear anything other than black,but i do love colored WEs.

and redsole, who looks FABULOUS in above pix VVVVVVVV is right.

a WE is a good big first purchase. i have pale rose, bgum pink, origan, turq 05, magenta 05, oh gosh, a blue i cant recall name at the moment from 06, etc in WE size............. that i can think of. at the moment...........

part time was not produced yet in 05.

pistachio was not a bal color name ...? i have vert d'eau WE. and there was turq 04........WEs came out around then.........

After nearly six years of desperately wanting a Bal... I finally caved and bought myself one today as a 20th birthday gift to myself (three weeks late!). Not my best financial choice, but I don't regret it at all. There will always be reasons not to do this, but sometimes you have to just do things that make you immeasurably happy. Plus, Holts had a 25% off regular priced merchandise day so I got a pretty good price for her!
