2 days after I canceled my order for the magenta giant with gold hardware, they arrived into NYC BALENCIAGA ugh.......but luckily, I saw pics of the bag and didnt love it, im glad I didnt wait for the bag and was able to get a refund. The bag just didnt look like I thought it was going to, the 05 color was so much more vibrant and in your face, this 07 dyed leather looked a bit dull....I bought a silver chanel and matching wallet instead..much more happier

PP I bought the yellow work with regular hardware for my sister and she is in love with it. She uses it as a school bag for uni…but she love love loves it…
ExoticQueen I am sorry that u had to go throw the whole drama of waiting….i personally don’t believe of the “remake” concept when they try to make a colour it never turns out like it was. For example the new violet doesn’t look close to the eggplant nor the yellow close to the mustard.

i've heard that the 08 magenta is going to be very bright, so maybe you can get one of those instead...

kimair- YES, definitely going to be getting a magenta. Probably a magenta first so that I can use it at night. I ALSO want a first bubblegum pink, hopefully its a very girly pink

i heard about the s/s 08 swatches on tpf as well - i, also, can't wait for for magenta and the bubble gum pink - my collection is seriously missing pink (and i LOVE pink)!
isn't if funny how we are already so excited about s/s colors, when it isn't even october

I dont know if its valid but i was browsing thru tpf and they got some pix of the new balenicaga colours, i saw the magenta and the bubble gum colours...the bubble gum is very close to the bubble gum of 2005, however the magenta 08 is very very different from the mangenta 2008, there is no purple tones in it, its almost like a hot pink. Anyone can confirm ? I am merely basing it on what i saw from the tpf pix

i saw that too dulcisima...
when i talked to kim at bal ny she said that the magenta was definitely more of a hot pink ...
she couldn't confirm the bubblegum but did say the electric blue is very similar to french blue from pre-spring 07, so if you missed out on that, then electric blue is your answer...

she also said to check out the colors in the s/s 08 runway show to get a better idea of the colors...
