Question: why should Olivia “support” Whitney’s line at Elle? Because they’re “friends”? The self-entitlement shown in that small clip is amusing
Whitney’s line is embarrassing, it’s more Cosmogirl (if that even still exists) than Elle and not even up to their standards. hilarious how Whitney calls Olivia out for it.

And we’ll be seeing more of Erins haggard face as she acts superior and hard done by.

Olivia is the meat of the show. She is the only one who has a nuance of legitimate style, she's interesting (bitchy or not) and she’s easy on the eye.

I thought the same thing. How entitled of Whitney to think Olivia has to put her line in Elle like it's her right or something. Whitney's line is awful. Olivia would be embarrassing herself to throw her support behind it.

I agree with Olivia, Whitney's line is definitely 'inconsistent'. In fact, it sucks eggs.

Gotta say, the feud between Olivia and Erin at Elle got so old last season. It was just the same scenario rehashed over and over and not interesting enough to base half a season on!
First season of The City was far superior.
